By signing long-term agreements with selected growers, they get an income guarantee that allows them to make investments that benefit the harvest, the environment and the coffee workers. In return, we get a guarantee of access to high-quality coffee beans that are produced with care for humans and the environment.
SELECTED FARMS AND ORIGINS
Our coffee always consists of 100% sustainably certified Arabica beans of the quality classes AA +, SHG and Excelso. Which grow at high altitude and ripen slowly, resulting in a wide range of flavor nuances, rich aroma and fruity character. We buy beans from all parts of the world and it is a constant work to find the best beans. This is done together with farmers and exporters, but above all through tasting. We always work with selected farmers and origins. Our purchasing department then carefully selects which beans are to be included in our mixes. Our coffee contains 65% washed beans. It is a slightly more expensive processing process, but gives the coffee its balanced acidity.
